Oklahoma State Architectural Act (59-46.1)
59-46.21. The State Architectural Act shall not apply
to any persons, firms, or corporations who prepare plans and specifications
for persons, firms, or corporations other than himself or itself, for
buildings not specified in The State Architectural
Act requiring an architect license under the laws of the State of Oklahoma,
providing such persons, firms, or corporations shall not, in any manner,
represent himself or itself to be an architect or other title of profession
or business using any form of the word "Architect," and providing
further that nothing in The State Architectural Act shall prevent such
persons, firms, or corporations from using other forms of the word "Architect"
while advertising or selling such service.
The following table is an overview of which buildings
constructed in the state of Oklahoma require that the design and construction
documents be prepared by a licensed architect, and which buildings are
exempt from this requirement.

consisting of a foundation, walls, all floors and roof,
with or without other parts. A basement is not to be counted

of counting stories of a building for height regulations See
